Simple, No Quibble Returns...
Here at The Adult Gift Shop we take every possible measure to ensure that we deliver the best quality products to you, and that our product descriptions and photography are such that you are as delighted when you receive your order as you were when you bought it on our site. However, if you're not 100% delighted with your order here's what to do:
When:
If you wish to return an item that is found to be faulty you must do so within 30 days of receipt. However for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of any items which have been used or worn. For this reason The Adult Gift Shop advises you to ensure all products are functional before use.
The UK Distance Selling Directive gives you the right to cancel a contract of purchase for any item within 7 working days of receipt. This applies to all our products.
How:
Please provide a note with your name, address, contact details and your reasons for the return (i.e. 'contract cancellation' 'remote control faulty') and send the product in it's original condition and packaging to:

For your own protection, your item/s must be returned via recorded delivery.
The Adult Gift Shop does not compensate for any costs incurred in returning items.
If you do not wish to post your item(s) back to us, you may return them in person during our store opening hours.
Result:
You will be contacted by The Adult Gift Shop customer care team as soon as your return has been processed.
If you are returning an item because of an error by us or because your product is faulty, we are more than happy to refund the cost or replace/exchange the item.
